The Force Behind Solo Performance
Frederick Edmonson founded Solo Performance LLC after years of firsthand experience working inside automotive dealership sales and finance departments. During his career, he witnessed the challenges that plague many dealerships including poor management practices, lack of structured training, and toxic cultures that underserve both employees and customers.
Inspired by Carl Sewell's philosophy in "Customers for Life," Frederick recognized that the automotive industry needed a better way forward. He established Solo Performance LLC with a clear mission to help dealerships build professional, accountable teams that earn customer trust and create lasting relationships.
Today, Frederick brings his real-world expertise to dealerships across the country, providing the training and consulting services he wished he had received during his own career. His approach is practical, proven, and focused on tangible results that benefit both dealerships and their customers.
